The Memorial Collective

What We Do

The Memorial Collective creates products that get people talking, connects those conversations with local funeral homes, and gives members a partner in developing new possibilities for their communities.

01 · A conversation begins

Our products are designed to get people talking. It is not about selling more memorial products. It is about giving someone something they can look at and say,

“Wow, that feels like them.”

That recognition can start a conversation long before a loss.

The Collection brings together art, sculpture and digital experiences, including Tribute Art™, that reflect a person’s interests, stories and life. The product is a starting point for a more personal conversation about remembering someone.

02 · From discovery to a local conversation

Connect those conversations with local funeral homes

From there, the aim is to help people find those possibilities through local member funeral homes. Art, stories and public education create different reasons to begin a conversation, before a loss, when help is needed, and in the years that follow. Funeral homes remain the trusted local guides.

Public Campaigns

Our public campaigns support that understanding. Reimagining What’s Possible™ is our first public education campaign in development, helping people see more of what is possible and giving them something meaningful to discuss with a funeral home in their own community.

The Art of Remembrance is a coming campaign about connecting with the art community in every community.

03 · A place to create

Members get access to the whole Studio

Members also have access to The Studio to help create something exclusively their own. That can mean a distinctive product, technology that solves a need, or creative work that expresses who their funeral home is.

The starting point is a conversation about what they want to create and where support would make a difference.

04 · Room for new possibilities

Reimagine the space already there

This can begin with a room, an area within the funeral home, or a separate space for art, stories and gathering. It is about evolving what is already there, with a partner to help explore what fits the funeral home and its community.

A purpose-built Celebration of Life Tribute Center is a future vision, not the starting requirement.

05 · What makes it a Collective

Conversations that become solutions

The Collective is about having conversations and solving problems together. Some solutions are already part of the work. Some will be developed collaboratively. Others will unfold over time as members share what they need and what they are learning.

06 · The work, connected

Membership connects the work

Membership brings the work together: the products, public education campaigns, Studio support, technology, and Collective OS by Vigil.ai. It is access to the whole Collective, with a partner to help shape what comes next.

Technology and Studio support

Practical tools and opportunities to develop solutions around a funeral home’s needs.

Collective OS by Vigil.ai

An operating system being developed for funeral homes. It brings the tools, records and partners they already use into one system, with a team of AI assistants that does routine work and brings it back finished for review. The funeral home stays in control.

Some work is available now; other possibilities are still in development. Specific access, availability and participation terms are part of the membership conversation.
