The Memorial Entrance
Engraved names and portraits welcome every family into remembrance.

A place people could visit to explore art, preserve a story, gather or spend time remembering, before or beyond a funeral. We are developing adaptable formats with funeral homes and communities, from an online presence to a purpose-built destination.
In developmentDiscuss the Tribute Center Concept
The Tribute Center is envisioned as a purpose-built destination for remembrance, education, storytelling and legacy preservation. It could serve families, communities, artists and funeral professionals, including people visiting without a recent loss.
Someone who first visits after a death may return to create another tribute or mark an anniversary. Others may arrive without a recent loss, drawn by a personal artwork or a story they want to preserve. The Center becomes part of community life. It is not a place people are taken, but a place they choose to go.
In developmentThese six formats are possibilities under development. A funeral home could explore a format suited to its space and community, with participation and facilities discussed separately.
01The smallest step is no physical change at all. A funeral home shows the collection online so families can discover what is possible and ask about a piece before they walk through the door. This is a possible starting format, with participation details still being developed.
02A funeral director introduces memorial sculptures and embellished paintings into the space families already visit. A few pieces, thoughtfully placed, give families something to respond to at the moment they are making decisions.
03Without a dedicated room, art can still live throughout the building. Pieces are placed where families naturally pass, each with a small plaque that invites them to learn more. The funeral home becomes a vibrant space where remembrance is celebrated openly as part of community life.
04A purpose-built gallery just inside the front door. Families arrive and the first thing they meet is possibility: art, sculpture and experiences presented as a destination within the funeral home, before they reach the arrangements desk.
05A gallery or store of your own in the community, a place people can visit without a funeral bringing them there. A storefront extends the relationship with families beyond a single service and reaches people who have not yet experienced a loss.
06An entirely new building. The full vision: a purpose-built destination where remembrance, education, storytelling, healing and legacy preservation come together in one place.
The room tour below brings the envisioned visit into focus: arriving, preserving stories, gathering and spending time remembering. These are concept spaces, not a tour of an operating center or a confirmed list of facilities.

A calm, private room where families can say goodbye in their own time, in their own way.

Envisioned private rooms for supportive conversations; staffing and services would depend on the location and model.

A welcoming circle where groups gather to share stories, support, and strength together.

A warm gathering place where conversation flows as easily as coffee.

A curated shop of tribute art, keepsakes and memorial pieces that make remembrance something you can hold.
A family may discover a piece of art online and want to see it in person. Someone may have an idea for a celebration and need help bringing it together. Another visitor may want to record a story for their family.
A Tribute Center gives those conversations a place to happen. Funeral professionals, artists and participating providers contribute their expertise around the experience a person wants to create.

The Collective's wider work brings together product collections, public education, marketing programs and connected technology to support that relationship. Participation and licensing models are being explored alongside the physical formats.
We welcome early conversations with funeral professionals and entrepreneurs about how this developing concept could serve a community and work alongside local funeral service. This begins a conversation, not a booking or commitment.
